About your condo listings for long term rent in Bonifacio Global City,

Most agents charge at least 1 month's rent when they find you a tenant. Many have other charges as well, like moving in fees, management, etc.

If you prefer to handle these things yourself (i.e. answering enquiries, doing viewings, handling the contract yourself or with a lawyer, notary, etc. assisting with move-in and looking after the unit and the tenant) then you can just have a listing on the site and manage the rest.

Listings can stay visible on the site for up to a year, however if you let us know that it is rented we can mark it as rented and/or remove it. We imagine most clients will leave it listed so they can relist it in the future.

Alternatively you can contact one of the agents listed on the site to handled all of this for you (they will likely charge more than we do, but offer full service.)
